Order Processing

All orders are processed upon confirmation of payment and finalized technical specifications.

  • Custom, project-based, or engineered products may require additional production time.
  • Estimated lead times are communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

Timelines vary depending on product type and destination country:

  • Standard products: Estimated dispatch within 7–21 business days.
  • Project solutions: Delivery timeline provided per project agreement.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients are required to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Visible damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

Returns Policy

Due to the technical and project-specific nature of our systems:

  • Standard products: Eligible for return within 14 days (unused/original packaging).
  • Custom products: Non-returnable unless defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Defective Products & Refunds

If a product is found defective, notification must be sent within 7 days. Approved refunds are processed within 14–30 business days via the original payment method.
